For small to medium-sized packaged goods, our PE dimpled foam boxes ensure a secure lining (pink). In addition, they provide protection against antistatic charge (dissipation), as in this case study. Products can be packed ultra-fast and at the same time they are kept shock- and scratch-proof during shipping due to the soft padding of the foam material.
PE foam packaging with ESD protection is able to ideally compensate electrostatic charges while maintaining a high level of mechanical protection. At DE-PACK, we use special antistatic and electrically conductive foams for electronic components that are highly sensitive, for example circuit boards.
PU dimpled foam inlays by DE-PACK ensure safe padding (including ESD protection) of transport containers. In this case, the foam inlay serves as a holding-down device for a VDA load carrier.
