A durable reusable system for automated packaging cases! Expanded polypropylene (EPP) load carriers by DE-PACK protect painted, polished or further highly sensitive components, especially in the automotive industry. This rectangular separator insert made of polyethylene foam is extremely lightweight and reusable. The separating compartments ensure correct and non-slip insertion of the components. Using a strapping band or tape, the individual shipping units can be sealed quickly and efficiently after loading. Our ESD packaging solutions optimally protect valuable electronics from static charges. Specially treated corrugated cardboard boxes with a shielding layer can compensate damaging voltages. The example shows a simple box with a lid in ESD version. Combined with a corresponding ESD foam, we guarantee a high level of component protection.

Contoured cushion inlays made of polyethylene foam (individual) have a soft surface that ensures damage-free transport. The corresponding components are reliably secured in the recesses and cannot slip. Using this packaging solution we can safely package many products from a wide range of industries.

Simple packaging can be very effective and solution-oriented. Heavy products such as furniture or machine parts are optimally protected at all times using our shock-absorbing individual side cushions. The foam is very robust and can easily withstand heavy impacts during transport.

We produce perforated foam inlays made of polyethylene foam, pictured here. The light but robust foam material ensures the stability of the inlay while separating and protecting the corresponding machined or milled parts. A PE perforated inlay can also be combined with our other packaging products, for example in multi-use small load carriers or plastic containers.

We offer individual foam inserts for special applications, for example in combination with plastic containers. In the picture example, a lattice compartment structure was used for safe packaging of high-quality products. This effectively prevents vibrations, shocks, impacts. In the reusable system, standard or special sizes are available from us.
