Slotted strips made of polyethylene foam are optimal separators for holding and securing medium-sized components such as machine parts, precision parts, housing components and much more. In this packaging example, we have glued the PE slotted strips to a lightweight twin-walls sheet carrier plate. Cost-effective, safe and form fitting; perfect for automated workflows on the conveyor belt.

Molded polyethylene foam is universally applicable as a packaging material that offers efficient side protection for valuable products. The material can be easily manufactured, is cost-effective and, due to its compact structure, is ideally suited for continuous protection from impact related damage.

Twin-wall sheets are ideal for developing lightweight and stable transport packaging solutions. Especially in the medical field, these carriers are often used. In the picture you can see a reusable test tube container which can hold up to twenty products.

2-part protective packaging made of polyethylene foam (PE) is the ideal shock-absorbing means for packaging and transporting products safely. After the products are inserted in the contoured slots, simply place the lid on top using the contour cuts. The package can then be placed in a carton or container according to the customer's specifications.

These long resistant side cushions can be easily inserted into the appropriate outer packaging, even on pallets. The wave-shaped contour cuts provide excellent shock absorption and best lateral support. Furthermore, these packaging solutions are among our eco-products, as they can be recycled with paper.

With this packaging solution for calendars made of solid cardboard, even larger products can be placed in the individual compartment cavities. Afterwards, the inlay is enclosed in a cardboard slipcase. No plastic or foil is used for this product.

Thanks to the pliability of the foam material, the packaging itself does not suffer any damage.

This tray is used to protect PC keyboards in an innovative natural packaging. The tray made of reinpapier® is produced using a special injection molding process. The packaging is recyclable and easily compostable because it is made of all natural, biodegradable ingredients.
