Extremely sensitive products and their equally sensitive surfaces are protected by a modern foam material called EPP. This is expanded polypropylene, which forms a closed-cell structure that provides very good protection against moisture.
Easily recognizable and easy to process, thermoplastic EPP foam. The closed-cell material structure provides high structural strength and excellent energy absorption. This durable particle foam is also highly temperature-resistant and ultra-light in weight handling. Sensitive products are optimally protected by the detailed contours in the inserts (see picture).

DE-PACK insulating boxes or containers are made of resistant EPP (expandable polypropylene). The containers are durable and lightweight and are designed for the transport of temperature-sensitive goods. They are very light and shine with their extreme resistance to breakage and impact as well as their long service life. The insulating boxes can be used in the temperature range from -40 °C to +110 °C.
