The illustration shows a moulden part made of expanded polypropylene (EPP) with attached stacking lugs that provide accurate positioning of additional parts. EPP is a material with a very high strength-to-weight ratio and is an excellent thermal insulator. These moulded parts can therefore be used for heat-insulatiion or also for protective components in vehicles as well as for transport protection packaging.
