With this square shipping box made of solid board, the quick packaging of products can be done very easily and practically. The box is provided with a 45° tear perforation, including finger holes. The block pads can be used in various ways, as contours, perforations and incisions can usually be integrated without any problems. ripplex is a sustainable eco-product, which means it can be recycled with paper.

Customized containers made of twin-wall sheets are reusable, also because the containers are very durable, lightweight and stackable. The structure of the twin-wall sheets offers excellent stability over the long term. As seen in the picture, we can customize the dimensions of the containers according to customers' requirements and provide them with various inlays made of foam.

This EPP transport container is a durable special solution for heavy and sensitive components. The practical sliding lid prevents components from falling out. Due to the adapted cavities inside, parts can be picked up precisely and easily handled. Stackability, low weight and high packing density are other special properties for this type of packaging.

At DE-PACK we develop very efficient and high quality inner packaging from repeatedly recycled paper. Perforations and incisions (possible in all directions) can be easily included in the block pads to hold the product. We use different ripplex cardboard grades and thicknesses, so in the end the cushioning effect can be precisely determined.
