Expandable polypropylene (EPP) is a thermoplastic foam that can be used efficiently in the heating, air conditioning and ventilation industries as an insulation or housing protection. The closed-cell material is lightweight, has high structural strength and positive mechanical properties, such as very good energy absorption and high temperature resistance.

With this two-part shipping box made of solid cardboard, the packaging process of various goods can be done very easily and quickly. The large white areas can be offset or screen printed, or can be finished with other various options upon request.

Technical premium products need attractive packaging. For example, we develop sturdy diecut packaging or hinged-lid boxes made of corrugated cardboard for precision tools. DIn the end, the design and digital printing on the outside provides the valuable impression of the products inside. In this case, an additional carrying handle was designed at the customer's request.

Polyethylene foam blocks can be quickly and cost-effectively adapted to complex product contours with precise CNC technology. We offer a wide range of PE foam materials with different densities and shock absorption properties. The cut PE blocks are ideally suited for use with the corresponding stackable plastic containers. Safe transport is thereby 100% guaranteed.

Our customized shadowboards (foam inlays) are tailor made to customer specifications. Customer can also choose from different colors to match the boards to the company colors, for example. The custom-fit inlays keep cabinets and drawers tidy and are suitable for medical instruments, tools or photo equipment. Everything is stored safely and efficiently. On request, pictograms, logos or lettering can be incorporated into the foam.
