The fixation of the product is just as good as a comparable packaging made of styrofoam. With ripplex pads, the individual layers of cardboard provide optimum cushioning and effective protection during transport. Heavy components or assemblies can be packed quickly and securely.

A customized packaging set is a practical solution for products that do not have a standard size and need an individual protective cover. The picture shows a complete packaging set with an outer box made of corrugated cardboard and a packaging core, a two-part customized PE foam padding (lower and upper part). The soft pads provide excellent protection from impacts. At the same time, the contents are optimally secured and cannot slip during transport. There is also sufficient storage space in the packaging for accessories and assembly instructions.

This practical drawer box is a two-part packaging solution consisting of a case made of solid cardboard and a corresponding drawer made of single wall corrugated cardboard. This packaging solution includes a contoured polyethylene foam insert with top and bottom panels. Specific designs or text can be applied to the exterior of the box giving this packaging solution a very elegant and sophisticated look.

Our individual, thermoformed plastic workpiece carriers or trays ensure a precise fit for small to medium-sized components. At the same time, they protect the components during further processing and storage. Reusable packaging solutions of this type is also a basic requirement for automated handling on production lines.

With our functional ampoule packaging solution made of solid board, all small to large round products (pipettes) can be transported safely. Via an appropriate clamping effect, the products are fixed in the wave-shaped pockets in several rows and neatly arranged. Our sophisticated and reusable transport packaging made of polyethylene foam secures and protects packaged goods from damaging external influences during handling, shipping and storage. The foam carriers can ideally also be inserted in plastic containers.

A triple wall corrugated cardboard box consists of an inner and an outer cover, between which three flutes are separated by thin paper sheets. The extremely sturdy and resistant inlays can be optimally used as cushion packaging with cutouts, as they optimally hold the products in place and have a very good shock-absorbing effect.
