Dimpled foam boxes are cost-effective packaging solutions made from corrugated cardboard and foam. These are usually in two part solutions. One is the foldable cardboard slipcase with the dimpled foam and the second is the sturdy outer box, also made of corrugated cardboard (not in the picture). Dimpled Foam pads are simply glued to the cardboard surface, ensuring highly efficient cushioning for different types of products. The design of the foam provides excellent protection by absorbing shocks and vibrations during transport. Dimpled foam boxes are particularly suitable for electronic components, spare parts, heavy equipment and much more. Of course also available in custom sizes.
