An innovative load carrier made of high-quality HKP (hollow chamber panel) was developed for a current packaging project. The design is characterized by its low weight, high stability, and excellent reusability. Robust PE tooth strips are precisely bonded to the top of the HKP carrier plate, enabling secure fixation on conveyor technology and during internal handling. This combination ensures reliable positioning of the loading unit, provides optimum protection for the packaged goods, and at the same time meets the requirements for an economical and sustainable packaging solution.
