DE-PACK offers customized reusable packaging solutions for very sensitive products. We always use soft foams in order to guarantee the best possible protection for the stored components. Thanks to the high elasticity of the material, the packaging itself is not easy to damage. Corresponding cavities in the foam ensure optimal security for the components.
Multi-part ripplex combination packaging can be perfectly adapted to complex products and various accessories. The block pads can then be stored in a suitable corrugated cardboard box. No other packaging materials such as foils or sheets are required. The products are optimally held in place within the adapted shape. This saves you valuable time during packaging and is environmentally friendly.
FORMPAPIER® packaging solutions are great. They are suitable for many types of products because they are cost-efficient, environmentally friendly and very easy to recycle. We regularly use it to pack a wide variety of goods (from food to non-food). These include media products, furniture, cosmetics, devices, equipment and many more. Thanks to the good mouldability of the paper material, almost all product shapes can be adapted. The products are therefore safely protected against impact and vibration.
Our environmentally friendly moulded pulp packaging is made from recycled paper and renewable fibers. FORMPAPIER® is therefore a very sustainable material and allows products to be packaged in a highly ecological way. We can adapt the packaging individually to your product and finally place it securely in the transport tray.
Soft foam made of polyethylene is a material that has a velvety surface. The stability of PE foams is defined by their density. We offer this packaging in various degrees of strength. As you can see in the illustration, we use polyethylene foam for cushion packaging for the automotive sector.
Soft dividers made of PE foam can hold sensitive components (e.g. chrome-plated vehicle components) in place for safe transport. In addition, the foam has a shock-absorbing effect. The packaging is mostly used together with plastic containers or small load carriers on conveyor belts, for example in the automotive industry. The products are simply inserted into the individual cavities and are stored in a space saving manner for transport.
We offer simple to more complex corrugated cardboard inlays in countless shapes and sizes, so that the fixation of your product is ensured during transport. We design corrugated cardboard with flute heights between 3.6 mm and 7.2 mm. Therefore, we are able to adapt to even heavy products in a safe and cost-efficient way.
Our elegant white solid cardboard boxes, including your product, always provide a stunning presentation. We realized this small format packaging example as a slip lid box with a slipcase. In addition, with a foam insert adapted to the product, everything is properly and safely packed. If you also require appropriate printing, the slip lid boxes can be printed on the outside according to your wishes.
The advantages of corrugated cardboard packaging are many: light weight, delivered flat, sustainable material, effective in processing, environmentally friendly, fully recyclable and efficient in handling. In addition, corrugated cardboard has a very good eco-balance. Feel free to contact us, we will provide you with full support!
