For a current packaging project, a custom-fit foam inlay was developed for a tool set. The aim was to securely fix the individual tool components in place, prevent damage during transport and, at the same time, create a clear layout. The inlay is made of robust, shock-absorbing PE foam and is cut precisely to fit the contours, so that each part has its own fixed place and it is immediately apparent if something is missing or has been placed incorrectly.
