As part of a current packaging project, a customised solution was developed using a PE foam block with precise contour cuts. The aim was to provide optimum protection for sensitive components during transport and storage while at the same time enabling efficient handling. The polyethylene foam used is characterised by its low weight, high dimensional stability and excellent damping properties. For a current packaging project, a custom-fit foam inlay was developed for a tool set. The aim was to securely fix the individual tool components in place, prevent damage during transport and, at the same time, create a clear layout. The inlay is made of robust, shock-absorbing PE foam and is cut precisely to fit the contours, so that each part has its own fixed place and it is immediately apparent if something is missing or has been placed incorrectly.

Small tray made from reinpapier®

This packaging is made of 100% Reinpapier® and is characterised by its excellent recyclability and low-carbon production. It is fully recyclable as waste paper and supports companies in a wide range of industries in implementing sustainable packaging concepts. Due to the use of high-quality paper fibres, the small tray achieves good dimensional stability despite its low weight and can also be stackable, depending on its design.
