This two part customer project consists of a rectangular perforated tray and a matching napped foam insert, both made of PE foam. The packaging is used for the safe transport and protection of round products. The products are placed in the six cut-out holes to hold them in place and prevent them from slipping. The napped foam insert is made of polyethylene foam with a wavy dimpled structure that provides additional cushioning and absorbs shocks.
