Here you can see a simple container made of three customized PE foam layers including a bottom plate. This packaging solution is ideally suited for multiple use. Due to the crosslinked polymer chains of the polyethylene foam, this container is not only sturdy but also UV- and temperature resistant.

This customized foam cushion made of polyethylene consists of a base plate (glued) and a protective lid. Foam can be easily processed and is therefore the perfect packaging material for different products like electronic components and many more.

Dimpled foam boxes are cost-effective packaging solutions made from corrugated cardboard and foam. These are usually in two part solutions. One is the foldable cardboard slipcase with the dimpled foam and the second is the sturdy outer box, also made of corrugated cardboard (not in the picture). Dimpled Foam pads are simply glued to the cardboard surface, ensuring highly efficient cushioning for different types of products. The design of the foam provides excellent protection by absorbing shocks and vibrations during transport.

A block cushion made of foam can consist of several individual and customized layers which are glued together. This ensures stability and precise contours for a perfect fit of products and accessories. An integrated lid completes the block cushion.

This inlay made of colored PE foam characterizes an antistatic foam that can be used to store electrostatically sensitive components such as printed circuit boards. Electrostatic charges can occur during transport, but are optimally removed due to the chemical treatment of the foam. The soft material also provides excellent protection against impact.
