Crosslinked PE Foam Perforated Inlay

We often use crosslinked polyethylene foam with a micro-cell structure for perforated inlays to ensure the stability of the molded insert. The material is also ideal for sorting and transport protection of small to large series of machined and milled parts. Due to its crosslinked polymer chains structure and the resulting shock-absorbing properties, polyethylene foam is suitable for packing larger devices, housing parts, components, etc. On request, we can also equip PE foam to be anti-static (dyed pink) or electrically insulating, for use with electrostatically sensitive equipment. Tailor-made PE Carrier

Product carriers are generally required when items are transported during ongoing manufacturing processes in the production plant, for example to specific assembly stations. Secure packaging of product, in this case gun stocks, must meet special requirements. That is why we use foam materials with high densities which are robust and durable. Detailed contours can be cut into the foams (using water jets) to ensure that the products are held securely in place.

Large Container with Foam Compartments

Large containers made of durable polyethylene are practical transport or storage containers for versatile applications. Due to the numerous ridges and external corrugations, the containers are very stable and can be used in industrial processes for extended periods of time. The illustration shows a container with closed bottom and side walls including foam compartments adapted to the internal dimensions for safe storage of large components.
