The main area of use of anti-static foam packaging is the electronics industry. Due to their versatile properties, the anti-static foams (pink) can be used in almost all applications where packaged devices and components could be damaged by static charges!

Thanks to many years of experience and a great deal of know-how, we design cost-effective and individual foam packaging for customers from a wide range of industries. For a company in the dental technology sector, for example, we have devised an inlay made of PE foam that can be easily inserted into suitcases or cabinet drawers.

This multi-part padded packaging made of polyethylene foam, cushions and secures the contained product in position within the walls of the outer carton in a shock-, impact- and vibration-absorbing manner. The PE foam is a material with a high density and is therefore ideally suited as a packaging material. On the one hand in its easy to manufacture, on the other hand it has great shock absorbing properties.

Foam can be quickly and inexpensively shaped to appropriate product contours with appropriate CNC technology. The shipping of medical products can be perfectly achieved with our combination shipping boxes. A mix of a specially manufactured polyethylene foam inlay together with a white corrugated cardboard folding box ensures ideal transport conditions.

Our customized shadowboards (foam inlays) are tailor made to customer specifications. Customer can also choose from different colors to match the boards to the company colors, for example. The custom-fit inlays keep cabinets and drawers tidy and are suitable for medical instruments, tools or photo equipment. Everything is stored safely and efficiently. On request, pictograms, logos or lettering can be incorporated into the foam.

Tailored to the millimeter and manufactured according to exact customer specifications, our customized foam cushion inlays provide optimal protection for your products. Adjustable, removable cushion blocks ensure effective product retention within the two nests. Polyethylene foam is an excellent cushioning material and, due to its durability, is ideally suited for multi-use in many industries.

Polyethylene foam blocks can be quickly and cost-effectively adapted to complex product contours with precise CNC technology. We offer a wide range of PE foam materials with different densities and shock absorption properties. The cut PE blocks are ideally suited for use with the corresponding stackable plastic containers. Safe transport is thereby 100% guaranteed.

This carrier made of pink colored PE foam (pink indicates anti-static) can be used as for electrostatic sensitive devices or components. Electrostatic charges can occur at any time during transport, but are optimally dissipated by the foam. The soft material is also excellent for durable cushioning and protection against impacts.

We offer CAD-designed contoured packaging made of PE foam in countless shapes and sizes. We water jet or mill complex geometric shapes or contours from a foam block to assure that the contents are optimally secured and the products can be transported safely. The illustration also shows PE foam top and bottom inlays which provide dust and impact protection.
