Hard or soft foam are ideal for multi-part packaging projects and for perfect transport protection of valuable components. This packaging insert consists of a foam frame including separate compartments. The packaging solution is supplemented by square foam blocks that can be used for various purposes.
We are a technical supplier of cost-effective and robust reusable packaging made of foam materials. Foam blocks (uniform or multi-part), as shown in the picture, are contoured to precisely fit the corresponding product shapes through the use of CNC-technology. The products are therefore optimally secured in the recesses provided for this purpose.
Each product requires its own suitable packaging, which guarantees adequate protection for the contents. As you can see in the picture, this packaging solution consists of a die-cut cardboard box with a handle, intended for use as a carrying case. Inside the outer box, tailor made foam inlays are positioned to secure the multi-part products. Our goal with each of our solutions is to guarantee transport safety and offer you user-friendly packaging.
Reusable packaging is often simple and inexpensive when made of the appropriate foam material. The foam product holder allows similar packaged products to be consolidated into a container. The products are placed in the foam inlay in the most space-saving and organized way possible, which guarantees safe handling during storage or transport. These packaging solutions are mostly used in the automotive industry.
Folding foam cushions are molded parts that can be easily tailored to instruments, components, assemblies, etc. in a transport package. The individual polyethylene foam pieces, with a velvety surface structure, guarantee the shock- and scratch-free transport of products. The folding function is achieved by use of a wide adhesive tape.
This foam cushioned block consists of three individual contour-cut layers that have been glued together. This allows us to achieve clean and straight contoured surfaces for the exact fit of your products. The packaging has an additional protective cover, also made of PE foam.
We offer customized disposable and reusable packaging for especially sensitive products. We typically use soft foam for our component holders in order to offer the greatest possible protection for the inserted components. Thanks to the pliability of the foam material, the packaging itself does not suffer any damage.
DE-PACK foam product carriers are designed to be highly robust and reusable. The lightweight packaging usually has a long re-usability cycle, through various packaging processes. The contents can be fastened 100% securely for transport, by using the glued-on slotted strips.
We develop tailor-made, reusable packaging for highly sensitive products. We typically make soft foam inlays for our transport trays in order to guarantee the best possible protection for the packaged components. Thanks to the pliability of the foam material, the packaging itself does not suffer any damage.
2-part protective packaging made of polyethylene foam (PE) is the ideal shock-absorbing means for packaging and transporting products safely. After the products are inserted in the contoured slots, simply place the lid on top using the contour cuts. The package can then be placed in a carton or container according to the customer's specifications.
