RL-KLT ESD
VDA 4500/4504 (German Association of the Automotive Industry) compliant KLTs have become an indispensable part of highly automated production processes. The main feature of the robust small load carriers is a rigid smooth base with ESD protection. The smooth inner walls ensure easy cleaning. The material consists of 100% polypropylene, the temperature application range is -20° to 100° C and the containers are also largely resistant to oils, alkalis or acids.

Triple Contour Foam Padding
Foam pads with contoured nests are used to protect sensitive products during transport. They are suitable for multi-use in many technical, industrial branches: aerospace, electro-mobility, automotive, promotional products, electrical, furniture, medical and many more. Designed as flat inlays, the cushioned packaging can be ideally stacked, saving considerable storage space. The contoured cavities are precisely manufactured so that products securely fit in them.
Antistatic Securing Foam Inlay
The pink foam (see picture) is suitable for the protection of sensitive electronic components due to its anti-static properties. We provide the best packaging protection to round packaged products using universal polyethylene foam inlays including integrated nests. Another advantage is that the crosslinked structure of the material is highly shock-absorbing in case of impact.
Polyethylene Foam Packaging
In addition to providing excellent cushioning protection, crosslinked PE foams can be finished in various ways including: anti-static (colored pink), electro-conductive as well as flame retardant. Other advantages of PE foam: particularly resistant to moisture, excellent protection against impact, low density, excellent resistance to weathering and aging, etc.
PE Foam Top and Bottom Cushions
PE foam cushions have made a name for themselves as the industry standard for high-quality packaging due their excellent shock-absorbing and overall product properties. Foam packaging made of crosslinked and non-crosslinked polyethylene foams can be easily adapted to corresponding product shapes and accessory components by die-cutting and contour cutting.
Crosslinked PE Foam Perforated Inlay
We often use crosslinked polyethylene foam with a micro-cell structure for perforated inlays to ensure the stability of the molded insert. The material is also ideal for sorting and transport protection of small to large series of machined and milled parts. This type of packaging can be perfectly combined with other products from our portfolio, for example with small load carriers (KLT) or plastic containers.
PE Foam Packaging Cushion
Due to its crosslinked polymer chains structure and the resulting shock-absorbing properties, polyethylene foam is suitable for packing larger devices, housing parts, components, etc. On request, we can also equip PE foam to be anti-static (dyed pink) or electrically insulating, for use with electrostatically sensitive equipment. The material is cost-effective and can be optimally shaped. It is excellent for durable protection against shock in many packaging applications.
Contoured Foam Padding
Contoured cushion inlays made of polyethylene foam (individual) have a soft surface that ensures damage-free transport. The corresponding components are reliably secured in the recesses and cannot slip. Using this packaging solution we can safely package many products from a wide range of industries.
