A block cushion made of foam can consist of several individual and customized layers which are glued together. This ensures stability and precise contours for a perfect fit of products and accessories. An integrated lid completes the block cushion.
This inlay made of colored PE foam characterizes an antistatic foam that can be used to store electrostatically sensitive components such as printed circuit boards. Electrostatic charges can occur during transport, but are optimally removed due to the chemical treatment of the foam. The soft material also provides excellent protection against impact.
We provide a cost-efficient and functional packaging solution for your product, which can also be drop tested on request. Depending on requirements, we can also offer environmentally friendly packaging, as shown in the example above. Always customized to fit the respective product. Even heavy products can be securely packed using appropriate inlays and outer packaging.

The customer uses this robustly developed foam insert with cover for the safe transportation of sanitary components. The slots in the foam guarantee that the individual products are held securely. Foam pads are naturally ideal for long-lasting reusable use in combination with plastic containers.
