The reinpapier® brand can also be safely used as packaging for food. The material has been tested (ISEGA) and declared safe. In this calendar packaging, the chocolate is injected directly into the individual compartments and then sealed with a cardboard slipcase. The DE-BASIC plastic containers are ideal for warehousing technology, as well as transport logistics. Choose from a wide range of types - closed with lid, open, with handles, with smooth walls or with a reinforced bottom. All DE-BASIC plastic boxes are dimensionally compatible to Euro pallets, industrial pallets or roll containers and can be stacked on top of each other without any problems.

Standardized small load carriers (KLTs) are used in production lines or in the movement of products between automotiv manufacturers, the supplier industry and service providers. It is a uniform, mechanically and manually manageable plastic small load carrier system in accordance with VDA recommendations for cargo of various types. The poolable KLT system includes containers with a rigid composite bottom (R-KLT) or with a rigid smooth bottom (RL-KLT), etc. It promotes streamlining of transport, storage and handling technology through standardized design features.

VDA cover panels are used to cover KLT containers or pallet loads on a 1200 x 800 mm pallet. The pallet cover panels are available in blue and black (ESD protection) and are suitable for multiple stacking. The covers are available in the standard version (blue) and with ESD protection (black).

VDA-R-KLT

The material consists of 100% polypropylene, the temperature application range is -20 to 100 °C and the containers are also largely resistant to oils, alkalis or acids.

Foam pads with contoured nests are used to protect sensitive products during transport. They are suitable for multi-use in many technical, industrial branches: aerospace, electro-mobility, automotive, promotional products, electrical, furniture, medical and many more. Designed as flat inlays, the cushioned packaging can be ideally stacked, saving considerable storage space. The contoured cavities are precisely manufactured so that products securely fit in them.

The pink foam (see picture) is suitable for the protection of sensitive electronic components due to its anti-static properties. We provide the best packaging protection to round packaged products using universal polyethylene foam inlays including integrated nests. Another advantage is that the crosslinked structure of the material is highly shock-absorbing in case of impact.

In addition to providing excellent cushioning protection, crosslinked PE foams can be finished in various ways including: anti-static (colored pink), electro-conductive as well as flame retardant. Other advantages of PE foam: particularly resistant to moisture, excellent protection against impact, low density, excellent resistance to weathering and aging, etc.
