Foam Cushioned Packing
PE soft foam is a pliable, micro-porous foam with a velvety surface. The hardness or firmness of PE foam is defined by its density. PE foam is available in various degrees of hardness (from 30 kg/m³ (soft) to 170 kg/m³ (hard)). As you can see in the picture, we use polyethylene foam for contoured inlays for sensitive medical instruments or tools because the products are well protected in this type of packaging.
Adhesive Foam Block
Contoured Foam Tray
Foam blocks can be tailored to corresponding product contours in a cost-effective and detailed manner using CNC technology. We offer our customers a wide range of foam materials made of polyethylene with various densities and absorption properties. These can also be produced in different colors on request.
Contoured Container Inlay
PE Inlay With Lid
Our customized inlays made of polyethylene foam (PE) are primarily manufactured for presentation purposes, transport protection or for organizational purposes - for example, for tools in work cabinets. PE is a high-quality rigid foam with a velvety, soft micro-porous surface that can be cost effectively and quickly produced in both small and large quantities.
Antistatic Foam Inlays
This ESD foam (pink) with its anti-static coating is suitable for optimal protection of sensitive electronic components. The polyethylene foam can be easily contoured to easily accommodate complex shapes or openings for products of various shapes including round products. A further advantage is that the matrix structure of the material behaves in a highly energy-absorbing manner in the event of impacts.
Automotive Load Carrier
We offer our customers unimaginable packaging possibilities by using soft PE foam combined with sturdy twin-wall sheets in our load carriers. Quality and efficient packaging solutions for transport and warehouse management are our specialty. The combination of packaging materials generates very light and stable transport carriers, which can also be used to safely transport heavy products in precisely fitting holders. Load carriers are frequently used in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering or in engine technology.
Perforated Foam Inlay
We produce perforated foam inlays made of polyethylene foam, pictured here. The light but robust foam material ensures the stability of the inlay while separating and protecting the corresponding machined or milled parts. A PE perforated inlay can also be combined with our other packaging products, for example in multi-use small load carriers or plastic containers.
PE Foam Tray Inlay
Tray inlays made of PE foam are perfectly suited for reusable packaging. The very lightweight trays are robust and can be used in cost-effective freight carriers that hold the products in a space-saving, organized and protected manner. This guarantees excellent handling during transport or storage. These products are mainly used in the automotive industry.
