This two part customer project consists of a rectangular perforated tray and a matching napped foam insert, both made of PE foam. The packaging is used for the safe transport and protection of round products. The products are placed in the six cut-out holes to hold them in place and prevent them from slipping. The napped foam insert is made of polyethylene foam with a wavy dimpled structure that provides additional cushioning and absorbs shocks. This combination reliably protects packaged goods from damage caused by shocks and vibrations and is particularly suitable for sensitive or fragile items.
