The main feature of the robust small load carriers is a rigid composite base and ESD protection. The material consists of 100% polypropylene, the temperature application range is -20° to 100° C and the containers are also largely resistant to oils, alkalis or acids.

A computer-based and almost completely automated warehouse for small parts is referred to as an "Automated Small Parts Warehouse" (AKL). The storage and retrieval of items carried out there is done systematically with the aid of so-called " mini-load bins", which make a significant contribution to ensuring that the IT-guided work process is carried out efficiently and safely. As a result, the small parts can be retrieved centrally at the predefined destination.

This standardized thermoformed packaging guarantees the safe removal or transport of identical small parts thanks to its accurate contours. The trays are stackable and, thanks to their defined standard dimensions, ensure perfect use in combination with transport containers, drawers, suitcases, etc. Thanks to their strength, these solutions are designed to be reused.
